What is the first thing you do in the morning? Hands up if it is grabbing your phone and going for a scroll. Do you find that just kicks off the monkey mind before you even get out of bed?!

We have found (and a bunch of successful entrepreneurs, researchers and well happy people, agree) that how you start your day sets up the rest of your day. So start it by going within, checking in, and aligning with your purpose.

We offer a free intention setting session each morning. That is how important we think it is, that everyone should have free access to it . A space in total silence for you to do your version of intention setting; that may be getting clear on your to do list, it may be offering up a prayer to that which is higher than you, it may be travelling through a meditation practice, offering a silent mantra, a gratitude list or simply focusing on your breath. It is a moment to focus your mind, to connect with your inner and higher self and say ‘right, this is what we are going to focus on today, this is what no longer serves us and this is what we can let go of because it has been taking up way too much space’.

If you come along and don’t where to start, a teacher will be here waiting for you to offer up some suggestions and guidance, you don’t have to jump into the deep end alone.

Morning intention setting is an important part of any mindfulness practice. Across all kinds of

cultures and societies you will often find a morning practice that focuses on connecting that which is above and beyond in order to seek ease and guidance throughout the day.

There is no right or wrong when it comes to intention setting. We have no rules, expectations or specific rituals, and we have an open space here for you to explore what works for you. But we promise, once you start your consistent practice, you won’t know how you survived without it..
